depending on the year of manufacture it has 7 seats in three rows 2 seats in the front and 3 seats in the second row and two seats in the third row. but some later models have 8 seats as the back third row has 3 seats also which means one seat in the middle of the back row is two half seats when they are put down the seat belt is in the roof at the rear that is the give away to the fact is a 8 seat-er. so yours is a 7 seater i would guess as it is an earlier model.

it has 5 seats, 2 in front, 3 in back. Toyota did not add the optional third row until 2004
