I fill the clutch reservior using transmission fluid, soon I found the clutch quit. But I am not sure the clutch master cylinder already damaged. I drained all the transmission fluid and replaced with brake fluid. It looks still not working. Anybody tell me what I should do next?

You have ruined you hydraulic system for the clutch by using a oil in place of brake fluid, now you must replace the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder, possibly the hose also. You will need to replace these parts and bleed the system to get going again. Sorry for your loss but that's the only solution.

You filled it with trans fluid because it was low, right? The damage was probably already done.

Most likely there is an air bubble in the system. This system works just like hydraulic brakes. Will the car not go into gear? Try pumping the clutch pedal a few times and then try to put it in gear. If it goes in gear but won't move, the clutch itself is bad.

The clutch master cylinder and hydraulic system is not part of the clutch assembly, just the part that allows you to operate the clutch.

Use brake fluid only when you get it fixed, since trans fluid is probably not compatible with the rubber seals in the system and could cause a leak.

You most likely blew the seals in the MC, as well as the gunked up the throwout bearing in the actual clutch. Dude, what were you thinking? Do you realize for a few bucks more you could have done the right thing by putting in brake fluid. Now you have to replace the clutch, and have the entire system bled, and that could run you close to a grand if not more. Also, loss of fluid does not mean a clutch is going, slippage, is the main culprit.
