you have to pound the old one out with a mallet. But make sure you bought the knew stub before you begin. then it is just a matter of installing the new one, slip it into the socket, tap it into place and screw the lug on without the wheel to tighten it down.

Depends on the specific car but generally, you will need some proper tools for this one as its not a task for anyone, this usually means the removal of the wheel, brake caliper, disc rotor and hub as access to this area can be restricted by designs. The damaged stud will need to be driven out using a hammer and the new stud driven in with a hammer, if possible to access without removing the hub then just drive out and then locate the new stud and use a spacer to allow the wheel nut to pull the new stud into place just by tightening it up without the wheel fitted. This involves work in the area of brakes and is not recommended for anyone to attempt without some good mechanical aptitude. It is safe to drive a car in the short time with one unserviceable stud, but recommended for repair by a qualified mechanic.

it ought to probably be more low-priced to easily purchase a rear wheel force automobile. the front wheel force automobile has a transverse engine...it somewhat is, the engine block sits sideways, and the transmission is provided onto the bottom of it so as that it drives the flexibility downward to the front differential to force the front wheels. To make it a rear wheel force, you would ought to get rid of that engine and installation one which has the flexibility output on the decrease back of the motor, so it ought to force a transmission that develop into coupled to the decrease back of the motor...after which force ability to the rear wheels. With the cost of the hot motor and transmission and the cost of the hot rear end and the front ends you would favor, as well because the alterations you would ought to make to the suspension to carry the hot engine and transmission, it will be extra constructive to easily purchase a rear wheel force automobile.
