i might propose the water pump isn't working in any respect. I say this simply by fact the water pump should not be making any squealing noise. My RAV4 water pump became making a noisy damn noise earlier I even observed that is wheel wobbling. after which sooner or later it in simple terms spewed water and coolant everywhere in the only area of the engine. after which perhaps that isn't the water pump however the thermostat it truly isn't working and not letting coolant circulate around the engine. The thermostat and water pump are many times linked to a minimum of one yet another.
