I just want to know your views on the new 2007 Camry.

Yes. I recently sat in it. The interior is very modern and not as dull as previous generations. The V6 is going to have about 268hp while the 4 cylinder will be a carry over from last year (158hp). The real news is the fact that it will be offered with a hybrid option. It'll likely become the best selling hybrid available.



The 2007 Camry is more sporty than before but it still offers class leading refinement.

Yes, I test drove one a few days ago. The four cylinder engine is the same as generation 5 Camrys (2002-2006 model year). However, the V6 Camry has a engine almost identical to the Avalon's. I test drove the V6 SE. It's very quick and handles nicely, especially with the 6-spd automatic. the interior of all 07-Camry are of close if not Lexus quality: nice material, comfortable seats, elegant instrument layout, and awesome JBL 440-Watts sound system.
