I need to program a Toyota Matrix 2005 transponder key?

There are about 550 ACE Hardware stores across the country that can program and cut a new key for you for about $70, which is generally about 1/2 of what the dealership charges.



The other piece, is they can program the key in a couple of minutes and can do so with just your original key. In other words, you don't have to bring your car into the shop.



The program is called C3. Call your local ACE store and ask if they run the program and if not, where the nearest store is that does. Or, you can call Hy-Ko at 800-292-0550 and they will be able to find a store that can do it for you.
